Yesterday, I met with several young lawyers who expressed their interest in discussing a minimum wage for pupils-in-chambers. We engaged in a productive discussion.

The second reading of the Legal Profession (Amendment) Bill 2024 is scheduled for next week. All perspectives will be carefully considered as we proceed with the legislative process.
