I attended a meeting earlier this morning chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dato' Seri Utama Haji Mohamad bin Hasan to discuss various issues relating to the security and political cluster as Malaysia prepares to assume chairmanship of ASEAN in 2025.
I raised several international legal reforms that the Legal Affairs Division of the Prime Minister’s Department will be championing on the international fora to cultivate a robust regional legal framework in these areas.
As Malaysia gears to head ASEAN, we must be prepared to make a difference in the world through the collective strength of ASEAN.
