I want my actual IC when I was 12 years old.

Yesterday, the Home Ministry gave each MP their IC when they 12 years old. I was given mine. But my 12 year old IC was actually  red , not blue. . I was only given a blue IC  when I was 15. 

So today I raised the issue in Parliament and requested that I be given my red IC ( when I was 12 years old).
