Richard Leong appointed as political secretary to M Kulasegaran, DAP MP for Ipoh Barat.Effective December 16, Sdr Richard Leong has been appointed as the political secretary to M Kulasegaran, DAP MP for Ipoh Barat.
Leong. 46, is a businessman who hails from Tapah. He writes fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
He speaks Mandarin as well as Cantonese, Hakka and Hokkein dialects.
He is currently the Chairman of DAP Chendering branch and Tapah Parliamentary Laision Committee.
Leong is committed to the DAP’s ideals and is known for his hard working attitude and down to earth approach.
He is always with the people on the ground. In fact, he has been doing political work and service for Kulasegaran on a voluntary basis for some time
