MIC, MCA and Gerakan Ministers must be bold to tell Najib -- “Enough is enough, either Zahid goes or we will leave the Cabinet”

It was reported that Umno vice-president Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, when launching the Umno Segambut divisional meeting yesterday, said that Malays are paying the price for being kind to non-Malays.

He said non-Malays are getting increasingly arrogant and are insulting the bumiputras, the royalty and Islam.

"We allowed them to be indebted to us without needing them to pay it back; they are now insulting Islam and the Malays under the pretence of democracy, freedom of speech, and globalisation," he said.

Zahid’s behavior is different from the extremist NGOs and individuals who have made dangerous and provocative remarks aimed at inciting racial hatred.

During the May Teluk Intan by election, he had also accused the Chinese of being ungrateful.

“Only the Chinese would be happy if Barisan Nasional (BN) candidate for Teluk Intan Datuk Mah Siew Keong lost in the May 31 by-election, as they are already wealthy and ungrateful for it,” he was then quoted.

Zahid’s  latest non Malay bashing remarks have certainly confirmed a fact – that he is the most unfit Minister and should be expelled from the Cabinet.

There can be no place in the Cabinet for a Minister who likes to please and incite the Umno members and supporters with non Malay bashing remarks.

If the Prime Minister is serious about his 1 Malaysia concept, he must take the bold action to immediately expel Zahid from his Cabinet.

And if Datuk Seri Najib is not prepared to do the right thing, MIC, MCA and Gerakan ministers must be prepared to tell Najib -- “Enough is enough, either Zahid goes or we will leave the Cabinet”.
